You can contact our support team at clover@cloveandhallow.com to process a return or exchange within 30 days of ordering.

Refunds will be offered once the original item is returned to us. Exchanges will be offered one time within the same product category, as a shade swap ONLY.

We reserve the right to not offer a refund or exchange at our discretion.
